The proof lies in his growing list of hits including “Boots On,” recorded by Randy Houser and named BMI’s Second Most Performed Song of 2009, “You’re Like Coming Home” by Lon- estar, Kix Brooks’ “There’s the Sun” and, yes, even “Ain’t Going Down (on Brokeback Mountain),” recorded by legend Willie Nelson, to name a few.

Brandon’s latest contributions to the country chart are Craig Campbell’s “Outta My Head,” Joanna Smith’s “Girls Are Crazy,” Tracy Lawrence’s “Stop Drop and Roll,” as well as cuts by Luke Bryan, Chris Young, Justin Moore, and Josh Thompson.
